Spring at the Duck Pond

 

This is the duck pond on campus at my university, with the student dormitories in the background.  In the early spring, the cherry trees planted throughout the campus burst into flower and the whole place smells divine - like 'sweet tarts' candy.  Until moving to Busan in October, I had lived within a few hundred meters of this pond for 10 years and thought of it as my extended yard.  It's also where we found our rescue cat Max.  There are many good memories attached to this beautiful place!
